SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:

International Shipping: We do not guarantee next day delivery for international orders. However, as with all orders international customers who place orders by M-F by 3pm will be shipped the same day.
For your security: The name and billing address on the credit card being used must match shipping address. To avoid fraudulent orders, we will not ship to a different address.

RETURN POLICY

TressFormations will gladly offer exchanges only in the event that a client is not satisfied with an order. Simply send it back, unused in the same condition it was received, within three days after receiving the product. Clients must call or email before returning the hair. No Refunds will be offered on returns, exchange only.


How much hair is needed?

A minimum of 3-4 ounces of hair is needed to add fullness or length. A minimum of 6-8 ounces of hair is needed for a full weave.  TressFormations wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so call and request a free cut sample before placing an order. RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY TO SAMPLE ORDERS.


Can I color this hair?

Yes, this hair can be colored with professional permanent, semi-permanent and cellophane colors. Once the hair has been colored, it is no longer considered "virgin" hair.

HAIR CARE

TressFormations hair is re-usable and will last 6 months to 1 year with proper care.

Shampoo / Conditioner

Please wash the hair immediately after swimming, spa, extreme exercise etc. When dirt and sweat accumulate, hair tangles. When swimming, always wear a cap to prevent prolong exposure to chlorine or salt water which causes the hair to tangle. Always wash the hair right away with shampoo and conditioner after swimming in both types of water.

Do not overuse products on the hair.  Too much leave-in conditioners and other hair care products will create a build up on the hair and will cause it to tangle. If the hair feels dry or heavy with build up, wash it with good shampoo & conditioner.   **If you experience any tangling - Before washing the hair, spray mixture of conditioner and water and brush the hair from bottom up.  Gradually wet the hair down and brush it gently before you completely wash the hair.
 
Style
An advantage of Virgin human hair is you can style it like you normally would your own hair.  You can color or perm your hair. Bleaching however is not highly recommended. Although it can be done, this is at your own risk. You can brush, comb, blow dry, curl with curling iron, straighten with a flat iron and style it any way you want. 

Curly hair
Make sure you brush the hair daily and apply some leave-in conditioners so that the hair is soft and moist. A good leave-in hair treatment can keep the hair from drying.  Make a couple of big braids when going to sleep, swim, or exercise (please brush the hair before making the braids). NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR.

Handtied Wefts
Handtied wefts are great because the hair flows more naturally and the weft lays very flat, however, not all hair stylists are experienced in installing hand-tied wefts.  Please advise your stylist to follow the following instructions carefully.:  DO NOT CUT HANDTIED WEFTS. 

Handtied wefts should not be cut row to row as you would regular machine weft.   When installing handtied, your stylist should fold the weft at the end of a row and proceed unto the next row without cutting.  The corners will lay flat even when folded  as the weft is very flat.  The weft should only be cut at the end of the installation and the cut piece should be sealed  and sewn very securely.   if you have to cut  handtied wefts from row to row, the area cut must be immediately sealed with a sealant such as FRAY CHECK or HAIR GLUE and then sewn very securely.

This solution is great for hair salons or stylists buying hair in bulk quantities. All wholesale orders must be over 2 lbs (8 packs) of hair. Please consider that bulk order preparation may take from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the product.

Referral Program

If you refer a new client, TressFormations will apply a $15 credit towards your next order. It is the responsibility of the new client to mention the name of the referring person.  No adjustments will be made to prior purchases.  Referral discounts are unlimited for persons that continue to refer new clients.
